It's been raining roles for the "Gangs Of Wasseypur" actress Huma Qureshi. After her bold performance in the movies she has become a thoroughly sought-after actress.
Apart from her recently released film "Ek thi Dayaan" Huma will also be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj's "Dedh Ishqiya". Reports have it that she Huma has replaced Kangna Ranaut, who was supposed to be part of the film.
"It's a pleasure to be part of such an ensemble cast. I am very excited to work with Madhuri," said the actress. She has always been a fan of Madhuri, she can't believe her luck that it's just her third movie and she is already being casted with the veteran actress Madhuri Dixit. Huma admits that "there is a sense of pride, but not arrogance because there is a lot to do and a lot to learn". "I think working with Ekta Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj would be on the list of every actor. I feel blessed that as a newcomer, I am working with both of them. It is really special," the 26-year-old said. A sequel to 2010 black comedy Ishqiya, the film also stars Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi who were in the original.
